Loyalty Program Terms
1. Program Overview
Marni's Bar & Grill's loyalty program ("Program") rewards members with points for qualifying purchases. The Program is voluntary and free to join. These terms supplement the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. Enrollment requires providing your name, email address, and phone number. One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
3. Earning and Redeeming Points
Points are earned on qualifying purchases at the rate disclosed at enrollment (1 point per $1 spent). Points may be redeemed for menu items, discounts, and experiences as described in the current rewards catalog. Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Points may not be combined, transferred, sold, or bartered.
4. Account Inactivity and Forfeiture
Accounts with no earning or redemption activity for 12 consecutive months may be deactivated and accumulated points forfeited. We will send a reminder to the email address on file at least 30 days before deactivation. Points obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms may be revoked without notice.
5. Program Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program with at least 30 days' notice to active members. Upon termination, members will have 90 days to redeem accumulated points.
6. Financial Incentive Disclosure (CPRA)
CPRA Financial Incentive Notice: Our loyalty program constitutes a "financial incentive" under CPRA Section 1798.125 because we offer rewards in exchange for the collection and retention of your personal information (purchase history, preferences, and contact information). The value of the financial incentive is reasonably related to the value of your personal information to us, calculated based on: (a) the average revenue generated per loyalty member versus non-member over a 12-month period; (b) the cost of providing the loyalty rewards; and (c) the value of the data for marketing optimization and customer retention. You may opt in to the Program by enrolling and may opt out at any time by contacting us at mg@marnisoc.com or by deleting your loyalty account through our website. Opting out will not affect your ability to dine with us or use our other services. Withdrawing from the Program means forfeiting accumulated points unless redeemed within 30 days of withdrawal.
